This policy applies to all bookings made through Belivavoyage (Beliva Voyage International OÜ, registry code 17112482), including private transfers, single-day tours, and multi-day packages.

"Trip start" means the scheduled pickup time, or for multi-day packages, the start time of the first day's activity.
In the rare event that Belivavoyage must cancel your trip — whether due to safety, vehicle or staff unavailability, or any reason within our control — you will receive:

You may request a date change or itinerary modification up to 24 hours before the trip at no extra charge, subject to availability. Changes requested less than 24 hours before the trip are treated as a cancellation under Section 1.
If the requested change increases the price (e.g., upgraded vehicle, extra service), the difference is payable before the booking is reconfirmed. If it decreases the price, the difference is refunded under Section 5.

Please include your booking reference number. We confirm cancellation requests within 24 hours and process approved refunds immediately afterward as described in Section 5.
