We offer three vehicle classes: Sedan (up to 3 passengers, up to 3 bags), SUV (up to 6 passengers, up to 5 bags), and Van (up to 9 passengers, unlimited bags).

We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, but we accept last-minute requests subject to availability. For airport pickups, please book at least 12 hours ahead.

Yes. All transfers are fully door-to-door. Your driver picks you up from your address and drops you off at the exact destination — no shared shuttles or bus stops.

We operate at Cairo International, Hurghada International, Luxor International, Aswan International, Marsa Alam International, and Sharm el-Sheikh International airports.

All Belivavoyage tours are fully private — your group only. You will never share a tour vehicle with strangers.

Yes. Many tours can be adjusted in duration or route. Note your preferences in the booking form and our team will accommodate where possible.

Payment is made in EGP (Egyptian Pounds) on the day of your trip — cash or bank transfer. No advance online payment is required.

Yes. All prices shown on our website are fixed and all-inclusive. No fuel surcharges, toll fees, or tip requirements.

All drivers are professionally licensed, background-checked, and trained in customer service and road safety. We do not use freelance or unverified drivers.

Our drivers aim to arrive 10–15 minutes early. If any delay occurs, you will be notified immediately. Our 24/7 WhatsApp support team is always available.

You may cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled trip at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. Contact us via WhatsApp for urgent changes or rescheduling.

Sedan: up to 3 standard bags. SUV: up to 5 bags (0 extra bags if more than 4 passengers). Van: unlimited. If you have oversized or special items, mention them in the booking notes.

Yes. Mention the item in your booking notes and we will assign an appropriate vehicle. Wheelchairs are accommodated at no extra charge.

Absolutely. We welcome families with children of all ages. Child seats can be arranged on request — please mention this when booking.

Every tour and package is priced explicitly in USD, EUR, and EGP — pick your currency in the top bar and you'll see the exact figure that applies, no exchange-rate conversion. The currency you select at booking is the currency you pay in.

Yes — we accept payment in whichever of the three currencies (USD, EUR, EGP) you booked at. The amount you saw is the amount you pay; no live-rate surprises on the day.
